Praise for the Mercury Musicians

"A fresh approach to music that is second to none... the arrangements by Sahun Hong are witty, intelligent and creative. There is tremendous potential for a group of this flexibility, and they are well positioned for musical life in the 21st century."

-Herbert Greenberg, violinist

"I applaud [the Mercury Musicians] for presenting such an innovative program of masterpieces generally only heard in the concert hall, in a chamber music setting.

Truly fantastic! I look forward to the other programs they have planned."

-Gary Louie, saxophonist

"The arrangements by pianist Sahun Hong are masterfully created... in [Beethoven's] third concerto, he distributed all the important orchestral parts within the quartet to reproduce the complete work - not one line was missing. This is a group that deserves to be heard!"

-Marian Hahn, pianist
